We have supplied over 300 Alitherm 47 Heritage windows (plus doors) at the iconic Hawkins Shoe Factory in Northampton which has been beautifully converted into modern apartments.

As a Grade II listed building, every detail mattered. The Smart Architectural Aluminium Heritage windows were the perfect choice to respect the building’s character while meeting planning requirements and we were approached to supply all of them.

The site was acquired in March 2022 by the Old England Homes Group, following planning approval for 89 apartments by West Northamptonshire Council. Huge credit to our customer Glazing Hub for installing these incredible heritage windows.
