Central to the stand will be an IX250 warm roof Orangery, which will feature an ultraSKY lantern, but differentiated with a luxurious internal hardwood cladding, using our new Opus hybrid system. Not only that, this premium roof lantern will be glazed with SMARTGLASS Dynamic, powered by SageGlass, a new and now commercially viable switchable glass.

This new glass development from Saint Gobain and brought to the UK exclusively by Clayton Glass will also form part of our new rooflight product range and will be available in 10 modular sizes and with first build assistance. This self tinting/graduating glass from Saint Gobain, is easy to install and simply requires a 5 volt DC power supply, making for an easy plug and play installation.

We will also be using the FIT Show to launch our new Tile/Glass Hybrid Warm Roof solution, on the back of the success of our existing Tiled Warm Roof, which has set the benchmark in terms thermal insulation and its overall configurability in the solid, insulated tiled roof sector. This roof can be finished off with real slate, while the glazing area to the roof can incorporate triple glazed units, a large thermal break and a beautiful hardwood surround.

Supporting the structure of the new Hybrid Warm Roof, will be our Opus hybrid Conservatory, rooflight, window, bi-folding door and door system, which benefits from the durability of aluminum to the external face with the richness and beauty of hardwood to the inside. The first few installations of this system have been quite astounding as our newly launched brochure clearly shows.

We are not forgetting about the products that make up the core of our business and so we will be showing off a typical hi-end glass conservatory roof, with the Cornice gutter shroud and the popular LivinRoom internal pelmet. This roof structure will be sat on a new window profile from the new ‘The Residence’ ranged launched at the FIT Show  

Sales of our SMART Systems aluminium range of windows bi-folding doors and doors have grown strongly over the last 12 months and we’ll be showing them off in a new Antique Grey colour from their Sensations range which will be used throughout this conservatory. These products will form part of a conservatory structure that will also feature a new aluminium roof with newly developed deep aluminium internal section glazing bars, insulated columns, bi-folding doors and a new contemporary gutter shroud.

Continuing our distinctive product-led them we’ll be also launching our own veranda and canopy system, which like our market-leading Warm Roof system has been developed in house by our research and development function. This will be shown in the form of a traditional, period black veranda with solar control glass.

Visitors to the stand will also be able to see samples of our newly developed Clearview triple glazed flat rooflight, as we look set announce one of the largest range of rooflight systems and designs from any manufacturer in the UK at the show. Also on display will be a Velux rooflight glazed into our contemporary studio Warm Roof with Envirotile, with an industry first low pitch of just 10 degrees.

This unashamedly product-led stand will give visitors a flavor as to the future direction of the market for extended living space, with exciting new hybrid systems, a number of rooflight options and a commercially viable switchable glass.
