We’re excited to introduce our NEW Modern Tile, a contemporary roofing solution that combines a sleek, modern appearance with a range of practical features designed with the installer in mind. As well as offering a stylish finish, the tile has been developed to make fitting as straightforward, efficient and reliable as possible, helping roofing professionals save time while achieving a high-quality result.
The NEW Modern Tile is suitable for all roof pitches and features a single-position, large headlap to make installation simple and consistent. Integrated drainage and gutter channels at the top and sides of each tile help to effectively manage water, while structural support tabs provide additional strength and create a robust roof that can withstand foot traffic during installation. The consistent interlocking hook-and-pocket design also helps with rapid fitting and accurate positioning, making it easier to achieve a neat and uniform finish across the roof.
The tile has also been designed to simplify the practical aspects of installation. An underlap with integrated drainage channels helps improve water management, while pre-marked fixing holes make on-site cutting for half tiles quicker and easier, reducing preparation time. With a simple right-to-left installation process, the NEW Modern Tile is intuitive to fit and designed to help installers work efficiently from start to finish.
Alongside its fitter-friendly features, the NEW Modern Tile offers a contemporary aesthetic that makes it an exciting addition to our existing range of roofing solutions, including Envirotile, Britmet and Tapco.
