Sales Order Processor Manager

An opportunity has become available for a Sales Order Processor Manager to join our growing team at Prefix Systems South West, a leading aluminium fabrication specialist.

The main duties of this role are:

  • Overseeing the timely processing of quotes and orders
  • Driving quality standards through managing office processes and implementing procedures
  • Managing B2B customer relations
  • Working closely with the Factory Manager to manage production and logistic scheduling
  • Office team management through effective delegation of work, onboarding, training and team development.

Normal working hours are Monday to Thursday 8am until 5pm and Friday 8am until 4pm.  From time to time you will be required to be flexible with your working hours to accommodate times of high demand.

Candidate Requirements

  • 2 years’ commercial office management experience (essential)
  • 2 years’ window and door industry experience (essential)
  • Technical knowledge of Smarts profile (desirable)
  • Knowledge of LogiKal aluminium processing software (desirable)
