The NFA's are the industry's first open platform awards that aim to recognise all areas of the UK fenestration industry by inviting everyone to register on the site and nominate then vote who they think deserves recognition for each category. 

There are no judges and no panels. The final outcome of the competition is decided completely by industry participation. All registered users get to submit nominations for each category which then gets narrowed down to shortlists based on the number of nominations. Registered users then vote on those to decide the overall winner. 

This year there is 17 different categories & originally we decided after winning last year, to sponsor this category instead of nominating ourselves for it. However, we couldn't stop others nominating us and we ended up being shortlisted!! As we didn't feel it was right for a category sponsor to be in the running to potentially win the same category, naturally we decided to move over and sponsor the Timber Alternative category instead. 

We are VERY pleased, proud & excited to announce that we have WON the award for 'Conservatory Roof Fabricator 2016,' with 53% of the votes! Plus to make it a double celebration, our apprentice Luke Platt who is just 18, won the 'Young Person 2016' award with 46.8% of the votes for his category.
