Drop Valley WARMroof with Chimney Breast cut out
From software to shopfloor - the stages of our quality control!
When it comes to complex designs, it's important to test, test and test again to make sure when it arrives on site it's perfect for the fitters.
All our complex roof designs are designed in our software, constructed and tested on the shoopfloor - first with the aluminium framework and then with the insulation panels, then de-constructed and pallet wrapped ready for delivery to site. This all ensures that everything is as it should be before it arrives to be fitted - ensuring ultimate quality every-time.
This recent WARMroof job - a T-Shape with Drop Valley design and Velux Windows, also had part of the roof cut out to accommodate a chimney breast. With our WARMroof system being the most configurable in the UK market, this was no problem for our software, or system!
If you have a complex roof that requires a solid roof, look no further than the WARMroof from Prefix. There has not yet been a style, shape or design we haven't been able to do.
